As well as running the Loft, husband and wife team, Chris and Mike Yeatman, also own and run Venga Restaurant & Tapas Bar, which is located below the apartment, and The White Hart on Clevedon Road in Weston In Gordano.
At Venga the specials vary. There’s everything from fresh fish delivered daily from Cornwall, Westcountry-sourced meat dishes created with flare to new charcuterie and vegetarian sharing platters. To view the menu, please click here and for the wine menu click here.
During the day, the restaurant is also open from 9am until 5pm, from Tuesday to Saturday serving light lunches, snacks, teas, coffees, afternoon cream teas and patisserie items made by renowned pastry chef Marco Pilloni, who has worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant and cooked for Her Royal Highness the Queen.
To fit with the Spanish theme of the venue, the daytime menu also includes Churros, which are similar to doughnuts, with a chocolate dipping sauce.
Guests can buy traditional and contemporary cakes or lovely artisan breads and treats to take home as well.
The White Hart is a short drive from the apartment and has an extensive garden area that includes a large central tepee with fire pit, a rum shack and an open-air pizzeria kitchen.
The menu at the pub changes every couple of months to reflect the seasonal produce available locally. We always strive to provide an exciting quality food offering, while maintaining value for money.
